CHOPO wire muzzles are a great option for pretty much every dog. There is a ton of sizes from small to extra large. They're well ventilated and safe for the most determined bite risks. They're easily the most popular muzzle out there and for good reason.
The wire is tack welded, which comes in either regular or rubberised. The rubberised is dipped in a pet-safe rubber. The rubber coating is excellent for keeping the muzzle protected for longer, it is also used for the heat/cold, as it will stop snow sticking to it or the wire heating up too much (though this isn’t usually an issue with the regular wire either). Its straps can either be faux leather or leather, and nosebands differ also. If you are looking for something to modify or expect to have to modify we suggest the ‘stock’ nosebands and straps as they usually need removing.
This product option is for the SMALL CHOPO sizes available, we have split them up to make sure you can't order a complete wrong size if confused by the numbers.
When correctly fit:
- Bite proof
- Partially scavenge proof (add cover)
- Good for small to xl dogs
- Lightweight, rubberised only slightly heavier
- Allow the dog to pant, bark, drink, eat rewards, vomit etc

CHOPO muzzles are made from spot-welded steel wire. They are handmade with some slight differences to each due to this. Depending on whom you order from will decide what noseband and rubber coating it has.
- Upgraded Noseband (double): Leather noseband and straps with thicker felt under noseband. Comes wider with 4 rivets. You receive the muzzle with this noseband on it, you are not getting an extra noseband.
- Stock Noseband (Single): Faux leather or nylon noseband and straps, single strapped noseband (2 rivets) with felt/padding under noseband, excellent for those planning to upgrade noseband as sometimes they come too tight.
